How a certified organization may - and may not - use the Best Place to Grow™ badge.

Who may use the badge
Only an organization holding a certification in force, and only for the scope stated on its public profile.
Required elements
Every use of the badge must state the certification year and remain linked to the organization's public profile, so that anyone can verify the decision, the scope and the score.
- Certification year displayed
- Scope not overstated
- Link to the public profile
- No alteration of the mark
Prohibited use
The badge may not be used in the following ways.
- By an entity, country or site outside the certified scope
- After expiry, suspension or withdrawal
- Alongside a claim the assessment did not establish
- Modified in colour, proportion or wording
- To suggest a ranking position that was not published
Enforcement
Badge misuse triggers a formal notice. Repeated or uncorrected misuse can lead to suspension or withdrawal of the certification, and both are published.
