What the fee covers
The assessment fee is fixed before the first data point is collected and covers the assessment itself. It does not cover, influence or guarantee a certification. A refusal costs exactly what a certification costs.
Scope
A certification applies only to the legal entities, countries, sites and populations fixed in writing at the Certification Scope stage. Any claim beyond that scope is a badge misuse.
Independence
No person who sold an assessment may review evidence, score a pillar or vote on a decision. Advisory work is separated organizationally and contractually from certification.
Validity, monitoring and renewal
A certification is valid for its stated period and is monitored throughout. Growth Alerts may open a review at any time.
Suspension and withdrawal
A certification may be suspended or withdrawn for material deterioration of growth conditions, survey manipulation, evidence tampering, badge misuse, or a major change affecting the certified scope.
